How quickly are orders shipped?

All items listed on our website, are ready to ship. Once the customer's order is received we will process orders usually within 3-4 business days. Any order received were the item is temporarily sold out or which might require special ordering will be notified by e.mail, An estimated ship date will be offered to customers who have placed these orders.

All orders are shipped insured by First Class or Priority Post within the USA; or Air Parcel Post to all international customers. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the USA or 10-21 business days for international delivery. Delivery to APO's are welcomed and the timeframe for delivery should be similar to that of foreign countries.

Foreign Orders

We specialize in the sale to foreign customers. In fact we have nearly 25 years experience shipping retail and wholesale orders throughout the world. All order will be packed with materials that will assist in the safe delivery, including invoices that will assist your nations Customs Department, with the clearance of your shipment. All import Duties and Taxes (V.A.T.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you aren't happy with anything you order from us, please notify our customer service within 10 days and we will arrange an exchange. Any item found to be defective will be replaced ASAP and if the item is no longer available or sold out we will offer a refund.

Special ordered items or Clearance items are always sold as is, "Final Sale". Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization # before returning anything.
